For cancellation of appointments, a request via email shall be sent at least 48 hours prior to the confirmed date of appointment. A refund shall be credited to the user/client within seven (7) working days if the appointment is cancelled within the allowable time frame and shall be charged a 5% transaction fee. Otherwise, all cancellation requests made thereafter shall be considered invalid and non-refundable.

Re-booking / Rescheduling of appointments shall be made 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. You will only be allowed to reschedule / re-book the appointment twice. All rescheduling / re-booking requests made thereafter shall be considered as cancelled and are ineligible for refund.
